Abstract

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is recognized as a major health problem reflecting the growing elderly population and increasing numbers of patients with diabetes and hypertension. Medical researches confronted with mana-gement of complex medical problems that are unique to patie-nts with chronic renal impairment and renal dialysis where pati-ents suffer from hypocalcemia that subjected them to oste-oporosis.
