Our health care system is considered to lack comprehensible orientation As for the specific field of action in family medicine it is hard to convince medical students and graduates of its positive aspects People often criticize that general practitioners act very differently and that there is a lack of a shared professional self-image However there is unanimous agreement that family medicine relates to people in their health and illness i e it is person-centered
