Abstract
Chorioarcinoma of the Fallopian tube is a rare genital malignancy tumor. The diagnosis is difficult. Treatment is managed by chemotherapy following surgery. A 37 years-old patient, was admitted to the emergency room, accusing lower abdominal pain, accompanied by vaginal bleeding without amenorrhea. A tubal ectopic pregnancy was suspected, the patient underwent laparotomy. Histological examination revealed a choriocarcinoma of the fallopian tube. Our aim reporting this case is to show the importance of performing histopathological exam of the tubal specimen in the patients with ectopic pregnancy. Since this pathology is extremely rare, highly aggressive, but still curable.
