Abstract

Aims To study the risks of developing ABO-hemolytic disease in the presence of additional factors from obstetric and somatic pathologies Material and methods A retrospective clinical and statistical analysis of 10740 birth histories for the period 2008-2019 in maternity complex of 2 clinics of the Tashkent Medical Academy 2008- 2019 Results Perinatal mortality in the group with ABO immunization who did not receive treatment was ten times more likely than in the group without immunization 3 3 and 33 3 respectively
