Abstract

Background: Diseases negatively affect people#x2019;s work performance, joy in life, emotional and physical health, quality of life, and spiritual well-being. The pancagavya (five cow derivatives) diet based on the consumption of five cow derivatives like milk, curd, ghee, urine and dung from Bos indicus cow not only helps to provide physical health but also useful in other aspects of life. Objective: To study the biochemical and anthropometric variables among the pancagavya diet population. Materials and method: Both male and female sample size 80 with an age range between 20 to 80 years were recruited from different states of India. The current study is between the pancagavya diet and non-pancagavya diet groups and had more than two years in their diet.
