Abstract

Objective The vestibular pathway from thalamus to cortex is still well unknown The aim of this study was to assess the frequent docking sites of patients with acute vestibular syndrome AVS caused by acute intracerebral hemorrage ICH Methods All patients with ICH with AVS were admitted to the intensive care unit ICU and neurologic ward in Shuyang Hospital during 2014 2016 We prospectively collected and analyzed data on patients with ICH with AVS The frequent sites of central AVS were assessed on head CT-confirmed ICH While the images docking test between thalamic vestibular station and homologous cortical vestibular organ was studied
