Abstract
The Castleman#x2019;s disease is mostly benign and has an uncertain aetiology. Its clinical type with a unicentric placement is generally localised in thoracic structures and receives the highest benefit from surgery. In this paper, we have presented our unicentrically-placed Castleman#x2019;s case on which we performed excision with VATS rather than conventional surgery.
